Account Settings and Getting Help
Manage your profile, adjust notification preferences, and learn how to contact the RiskOps Lab team.
Account Settings
With a Trainee profile, you can manage your account from My Profile, available from the profile menu in the top right corner.
You can update your first name, last name, country, and profile selfie. To change your photo, click on the avatar placeholder.
The same page shows your email, current role, and when you joined the workspace.
Email Preferences
You can control how and when you receive notifications in the Email Preferences section.
Trainees can enable or disable product emails, case review updates, alert assignment updates, and the weekly training digest.
For case review and alert assignment updates, you can choose how often you receive them. Notifications can be sent immediately, or grouped into a daily or weekly digest.
Changes must be confirmed by clicking Save.
Password Recovery
If you lose access to your account, you can reset your password through the Forgot Password flow.
A reset link will be sent to your email. From there, you can set a new password and sign back in.
Account Deactivation
You can deactivate your account at any time from the Danger Zone section on the profile page.
This will immediately sign you out and remove your access to the platform. You will no longer be able to use the workspace with the same login unless your access is restored by an administrator.
Getting Help
If you need help, you can access the Contact page in two ways.
It is available:
- From the top navigation bar (Contact)
- From the footer (“Questions? Contact us”)
Use the Get in Touch form to report a bug, ask a question, share feedback, submit a complaint, or request data deletion.
You can also attach screenshots or documents to provide additional context.
