Dashboard and My Cases
Track your workload, monitor case progress, and manage alerts, users, and investigations.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is a high-level view of your personal investigation workflow.
It shows a snapshot of what you are currently working on, across alerts, users, and cases.
At the top, you can see KPI cards that reflect the current state of your cases:
- Initiated — cases you have submitted
- Under review — cases currently being reviewed
- Needs your attention — cases that require updates after feedback
- Done — cases that have been approved or closed
Below, the Dashboard is split into three main sections.
Alerts show the alerts assigned to you. These can be alerts you picked yourself or ones assigned by staff.
Watchlist shows users you decided to monitor. This allows you to quickly return to accounts that require ongoing attention.
Cases show your active investigations that have already moved beyond draft and are in progress.
If you have no active work yet, the Dashboard guides you toward your first step by leading you to Alerts, where you can start your first investigation.
My Cases
My Cases is your main workspace for managing investigations.
It is structured into three tabs:
- Cases
- Alerts
- Watchlist
Cases
The Cases tab shows all your investigation cases in one place.
You can filter and search cases to quickly find what you need. Filters include case phase, type, alert status, and user status.
Each case represents a review process linked to either an alert or a user. Opening a case takes you back to the underlying investigation.
Cases move through different phases, reflecting the review lifecycle:
draft, submitted, in review, changes requested, approved, and closed.
Alerts
The Alerts tab shows all alerts assigned to you.
This includes alerts you picked yourself and those assigned by staff.
From here, you can:
- Start working on an alert
- Unassign yourself if needed
- Navigate directly into the investigation
Alerts are often the starting point for creating a case.
Watchlist
The Watchlist tab contains users you have marked for monitoring.
This allows you to quickly return to accounts that require follow-up or deeper investigation.
You can open a user profile from here or remove them from your watchlist at any time.
